*SEASONAL LOCAL Our Rhubarb Ginger Herbal Jam is a regional adaptation of our best-selling traditional INJI PULI (Ginger Tamarind) Herbal Jam, known in Ayurveda to assist with digestion of big meals. Here we utilize local NY Rhubarb to replace the tartness of tamarind in the original recipe to bring you a perfect balance of sweet, sour and ginger heat, giving a well-rounded, divine and smooth taste.
Ing: Local New York uncertified Organic Rhubarb, Jaggery (unrefined Indian Cane Sugar), Organic Ginger Root, Sesame Oil, Black Pepper, Lemon Juice, Mustard Seed, *Asafoetida (Asafoetida, Rice Flour), Fenugreek, Salt, Cumin, Curry Leaves.
