Home grown preservation! Vinegar / Honey / Sugar / Alcohol

Preservation / extractions made from:

  • Oxymels: 1/3 Raw Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, 1/3 Raw local NY Honey, 1/3 all local herb / plant material.

  • Tincture / extractions. Herbs and plants extracted for lengthy time in alcohol, with a small amount Catskills water.

  • Syrup: Sugar fermentation, plant material in unprocessed sugar for lengthy time to produce a syrup.

All herbs and plant material are home grown or foraged responsibly. Apple Cider Vinegar is raw and organic. Honey is raw and locally sourced in upstate New York from multiple sources (Twin Spruce Apiaries, Coxsackie and Sweet Meadow Garden, Davenport). Alcohol is 95 proof organic grain alcohol, unless otherwise specified.

OXYMELS: Herbs infused in equal parts Organic Raw Apple Cider Vinegar and Raw Local Honey. For healthy swigging and spirits! (if drinking acv regularly, consider using a straw as it can effect your teeth). 4 oz glass bottle.

  • EVEN: Tulsi (Indian Holy Basil) combined with Lemon Balm with a tiny bit of Catnip to make a wonderfully complimentary nervine, helping you where you need it and smoothes out the edges. Helpful and delicious! Drink daily, in water, seltzer, mocktail. Makes a great salad dressing (use as is or upgrade with add a touch of oil, salt and mustard). Ing: Tulsi, Lemon Balm, Catnip, Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, Raw Honey.

  • CHOCOLATE MINT. This is a mint varietal that has a chocolate undertone, no Additional chocolate is used! The extraction brings out the best of this plant! Highly refreshing, this chocolate Mint is uplifting and presents a surprisingly layered taste. Jazz your moment up with a splash in water, seltzer, and makes an excellent cocktail or non A version. Try mixing it with the Cayenne extract - Hello! and thank me later : ) Ing: Mint, Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, Raw Honey. 

TINCTURE: Herbs extracted in 180 proof medicinal grade organic alcohol, with a small amount Catskills water. 1 oz glass bottle with dropper.

  • EVEN: a triplex of Backyard Nervines to even out anxiety. Ing: Blue Vervain, Tulsi, Lemon Balm, Alcohol, Water. 

  • DROWZY: Ing: Valerian, Catnip, Tulsi, Chamomile, Lemon Balm, Gem Marigold Syrup (all grown locally), Alcohol, Water. 1 oz glass bottle with dropper.

  • CAYENNE: Ing: Homegrown Cayenne, Alcohol, Water.1 oz glass bottle with dropper.

  • BLUE VERVAIN: Ing: Blue Vervain, Alcohol, Water. 

VINEGAR:

  • Pineapple Sage infused in Organic Raw Apple Cider Vinegar - 4 oz. Light and refreshing. Use in salad dressing, to pickle beets, and other vinegar ways!

SYRUPS:

  • Pine Cone Syrup: Young pine cone, long fermented, macerated in sugar and made into a delectable and unusual syrup. Pine cones taste notes: deep, sweet and resinous. Each pine cone differs on the palate.

    *This year’s Pine Cone is the Japanese Black Pine, shown in full on the label. This rare and unusually stunning pine, comes from coastal sand dunes of Connecticut.

    Notes: the Japanese Black Pine has an additional citrusy C hit, lighter on the resin than Norwegian.

    Try it on yogurt, oats, ice cream, pancakes, in cocktails, on cheese (brie!), pork, lamb.

    A traditional expectorant, take a swig when you have a cough. Pine Syrup is always made seasonally and in limited quantities.
