ATINA EMPORIUM LUNCHEON

Starting with the first, cleaning of the feet. 

• Ritual: Naree Pooja (worshipping of Mother Earth)*;

Followed by Lunch.

• South India Family Style (we all eat together : )

Soup and starter, 3 main courses, salad, and small dessert, with homegrown tulsi tea and salt pickle table.

All vegetarian, mostly vegan (minus yogurt), mostly gluten free.

Local Vegetables (what is fresh at the market will determine the menu)

Children aided by adults are invited to cook some rice on a children size clay oven.

Sunday, July 29th, 

11:30 - 2 pm. 

Come at 11:30 am. After Pooja

eating will begin about noon.

$20 per person, children welcome, under 11 $10.

Our jars will also be available on site for sale in case you have missed us!

ATINA EMPORIUM is our outdoor space, it is a bit rustic, so please shoe appropriately.

Local food will be cooked in a traditional and evolved South Indian style on our handmade wood burning stove.

If you want to come early and help, please let us know, and we will ask you to come Early.

*Before the luncheon, the participants shall ritualistically wash the feet of Atina Corn Mother Goddess (in the form of Madonna statue across the road) and men shall wash the feet of women, as the symbol of Mother Earth. http://www.chakkulathukavutemple.org/
