*FAN FAVORITE* Upstate New York is a perfect region for garlic growing, only the garlic flower, or scape, has little to do after being cut off to let the underground bulb grow big. Our deliciously fun and crunchy scape pickle is created with all local NY scapes and our own combinations of immune boosting flavorful spices.
Ing: New York grown garlic scapes (Organic), salt, fenugreek, mustard seed, *asafoetida, Burlap and Barrel’s Bird’s Eye Chili.

Beyond the spoon: Our Scape Pickle is a real crowd favorite! Akin to a local caper, it is great on just about everything, from Hummus to Hotdogs. Try it on mashed potatoes, topped on a salad, with dumplings, in tacos, bagels with cream cheese, and the list goes on!
Our Promise: Made with whole fruit root and spices. Naturally vegan and gluten free! Fermented and preserved without the use of vinegar or water. Traditional technique makes this product shelf-stable.
Product care: Always use a clean and dry spoon. Store in the refrigerator after opening for up to one year.
